Residential Buyer’s Inspection

This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects, so you understand the investment you’re making. It is an evaluation of the physical structure, foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, roof, built-in appliances, interior and exterior walls, doors, and windows based on the observations made on the date of the inspection.

SELLER’S PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference.  Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

HOME Energy Reports

A Home Energy Report is used to estimate the home’s yearly energy usage, pinpoint potential energy inefficiencies, develop recommendations for energy improvements, and determine potential energy savings. The report contains information about the efficiency of the major systems in the home, and recommendations for improvements that can help reduce your energy bills while making your home more comfortable. The estimates and recommendations used are based on a typical family’s energy usage.

Well Water reports

Testing a well’s water quality on a regular basis is an important part of maintaining a safe and reliable drinking source. The test results allow specific problems of a water supply to be properly addressed. This will help ensure that the water source is being properly protected from possible contamination, and that suitable treatment is selected and operating properly. It is essential to test the suitability of your water quality for its planned use, whether it be livestock watering, irrigation, or drinking water.
